About DSE
DSE is an independent, non-political and non-profit association of engineering, natural science and health science students.
The association was founded in Lyngby in 1989 and in 1994 a branch was established in Aalborg. Today, 25 years later, the association consists of 100 voluntary members divided between the two departments.
The purpose of DSE is to help students and companies create and maintain an individual relation with one another. This is primarily done by DSE’s products: Fair, Focus Night and Pejling. Here the settings are created for companies to inform the students about student jobs, internships, thesis cooperation and not least about job opportunities within the different study areas. This gives the students a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge about well-known companies but also the opportunity to discover new potential employers.
DSE promotes the events and products at DTU and AAU as well as on the engineering schools in Aarhus, Horsens, Herning and Esbjerg. In this manner almost all engineering, natural science and health science students in Denmark are reached.
